-The Manhattan Homebrew Cup September 16th using BJCP 2015 Style guidelines at Draught55. It is sanctioned by BJCP & AHA. Judges will get points. Sept 9th deadline for registration and delivery. 250 entry max.
The competition is not affiliated with any homebrew club in particular but they are reaching out to all clubs to participate and join in the fun. They have a great venue for judging on the day in question, a semi private atrium room in the rear of the restaurant where the judging will take place and a large main dining area and bar in the front where contestants can wait to hear the results of the competition. It promises to be a great day.
The winner of the Manhattan Homebrew Cup will brew their beer at Yonkers Brewery and the beer will be available on tap at Yonkers Brewery and at Draught55. Yonkers has a 7barrel system and the winner will sit down with the brewmaster to scale up the recipe before brewing it.
